3 Easy Ways to Add a Human-Touch to Your Automated Funnel

I believe that pretty much any funnel can be scaled.

The problem is that few people ever do the things necessary to scale 'em.

Whether that's because of fear, or doubt, or time, or being too wrapped up in other ideas OR (the big one) not being sure what those scale steps are—it can be a big deal to go all in on one idea, one person and one offer.

No matter what the path ends up looking like, it usually starts with some kind projection model being mapped out.

What are your numbers? And what are your points of leverage?

Making decisions is one of the toughest parts of DIY'ing your own sales funnel.

And it makes sense: The last thing you want to do is invest a TON of time into something that isn't going to work.

And it'd be so much easier if you could just bounce your ideas off of someone else. But you have access to the BEST idea bouncers...

Here are 3 different methods for getting access to them and for quickly validating your topic/angle ideas:

#1: Turn your topic ideas into emails with hand-raising subject lines (i.e. Do you want [idea]? Are you sick of [idea]?) then segment your list into the same number of groups as the ideas you want to test. Send them and review the opens/clicks to see which ideas resonated the most. If you have a small list (too small segment into groups of at least 100), send your tests out a week apart (same day of week/time)

#2: For each of the potential topic ideas, film a quick live or video explaining the concept (make sure to use hand-raising headlines (i.e. Do you want [idea]? Are you sick of [idea]? when titling it). Then spend $5 for 7 days promoting it to measure the clicks, views, view time and engagement to see which one resonates the most.

#3: Put together a low-barrier survey by asking your audience (email and social) which idea sounds the most helpful. Be sure to specific, especially on social, who you're trying to help with this topic.

One thing to remember though with any validation test is that you'll never 100% know until you put it out there. So get your nudge and quickly move into creation phase!
