Wanna get more organized with your content? Start by creating a content bank to keep track of all your content assets from one place.

In my email today, I shared how having a content bank has helped me be intentional about the content I create so knocking out those big content goals that were on my business bucket list (best-selling book, multiple 6-fig course, taking time off) have almost felt easy.

The biggest thing I see stopping most folks from those things is the overwhelm that stops them: The project feels too big, you don't know where to start, there just isn't enough time.

When you create a content bank, you're able to break these projects up so you're just focused on creating the next piece of content (easy peasy). Then before you know it, you'll be at a place where you can *compile* that course or that book from your content bank. It's the best way I know to make major progress on your goals while also growing your audience at the same time because you can publish that content as you go too. Win-win-win!

White knuckling your way through your content plan for the sake of consistency is not a long term solution.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Sure, there may be short periods where it feels necessary to hustle, but for the long haul? No, thank you and not helpful.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So since a new week is upon us, here are my 10 Rules of Consistency (that don't rely on forcing yourself):
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
1. Start with the resources you have (time, energy) and then build your content strategy to fit within that
2. Prioritize, prioritize, prioritize. Instead of thinking, what should I do, think in terms of what deserves to be done from an ROI standpoint.
3. Go all in on just those things and put the rest aside guilt-free.
4. Measure regularly so you know what's working and what isn't.
5. Eliminate the things that aren't working or adjust the tactics.
6. If you want, substitute in things you're interested in trying in their place.
7. Document your processes and create systems as you go.
8. Look for opportunities to batch similar processes together to save time.
9. Look for ways to make the processes more joyful and fun so it feels less like work.
10. Outsource the things you still don't like or for the sake of reclaiming more of your time.
