But what does that actually look like in practice? Start by defining your M.V.O. (your minimum viable output) for right now – think in terms of quantity of pieces of content, frequency, number of platforms and define your essentials. So it might look like – 1 monthly blog post, turned into weekly pieces of content and discussion questions shared on Pinterest and Instagram. Then once you master your M.V.O. or your time circumstances change, you can ramp it up!
The most essential system you can set up right now for yourself is a content banking system. This will help you treat every piece of content you do create (and have created in the past) as the valuable asset it is. And so when your calendar is packed, you can shop your content bank first instead of creating something entirely new. Embracing doing more with less!
